Shipping Policy

All expedited orders placed before 3pm EST are shipped same business day. All orders will ship from Burlington, VT (except for large furniture items that ship directly from the manufacturer).

Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday. All shipments over 1 pound are typically shipped via UPS, and those under 1 pound will typically ship First Class Mail via the U.S. Postal Service. Some large and/or bulky orders may be shipped via motor freight. No signatures are required for all shipments sent via UPS and U.S. Postal Services; however, someone will need to sign upon delivery for all motor freight shipments. It is in Everything Princesses sole discretion as to which carrier is used in any instance.

Delivery times may vary as orders maybe ship from more than one location and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

For any order totaling under $50.00, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 will be charged for ground delivery. Additional fees will apply for all items shipped using expedited delivery methods. No shipping fees will be refunded to you if you choose to return your order.

What are the shipping delivery options available for my order?
Most orders can be shipped via Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air. Additional charges apply for any items shipped using expedited delivery methods. Most of the large or bulky items can only be shipped via motor freight, and such products are notated as such on the product page.

How do I calculate when "Next Day" and "2nd Day" order are expected to arrive? All orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time will not be shipped until the next business day. Next Day Air deliveries are expected to arrive at your door one business day after the date of shipment, and 2nd Day Air deliveries are expected to arrive two full business days after the date of shipment. Weekends and major holidays do not count as a business day. So, for example, if you place your “Next Day Air” order on Thursday at 3pm prior to a three-day holiday weekend, your order will not arrive at your door until the following Tuesday. Everything Princesses is not responsible for any expedited delivery orders placed that do not ship out within 24 hours of order placement.

What do I do if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the carrier? If your order is broken or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) or, at a minimum, notate such damage on the freight delivery slip and call Customer Service at 1-800-367-3647. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging, and pictures might be required.

What does it mean when I see a product that states “Shipping Restrictions Apply”? Some large and bulky products can only be delivered by freight truck. These products are identified on the product page as “Shipping Restrictions Apply - Freight Only”. Your order will be processed, but placed on “HOLD” and a Customer Care representative will call you with an estimate of freight cost. Please allow additional time to process your order and scheduled delivery. Shipping service provider delivery dates may vary by region.
